Personalised Fitness Plans
Custom-designed workout routines are tailored to your goals, needs, and abilities based on your initial consultation, including a postural and movement assessment. These routines are updated every 5 weeks to ensure continuous progress, adapting to your evolving fitness journey and helping you stay on track toward your goals.
In Person Training
Our 30-minute training sessions focus on efficiency and proper technique, helping you maximize the value of each moment. After each session, you’ll have access to updated exercises and weights from your recent session so you feel supported training on your own.
Regular Support
With two check-ins per week, you’ll receive tips, accountability, and motivation to keep you on track. You can easily share videos of your workout form or photos of your meals for consistent feedback and personalized advice to ensure you’re on the right path.
Allied Health Collaboration
I work closely with local nutritionists and physiotherapists to create tailored plans that support your goals. Rehab exercises from physiotherapists can be scheduled directly into the app, ensuring adherence and consistency while keeping you accountable for the best results.

My service is designed to empower you with the tools and habits needed for long-term success. Through my app, you’ll have access to habit tracking, a personalized schedule, stored workout plans, and nutritional guidance. This approach ensures you stay consistent, build sustainable routines, and develop the confidence to maintain your results independently.
